What you’ll do
At Southeastern we are passionate about the support we provide to show we care about our staff and for their health, so that they can make great things happen for one another and for our customers.
We manage extensive contracts to support Occupational Health and physical and mental health, with an ambitious programme of change for the forthcoming years as we focus on health and wellbeing.
Therefore, the successful candidate will need to hit the ground running and undertake all aspects of the role.
There will of course be lots to do and achieve, but there are four strategic areas of focus that you will guide and lead the team on:
1. Maximising the effectiveness of our Occupational Health offering to ensure the demands of the business are met.
2. Ensuring we maximise the utilisation of our Employee Assistance and Musculo-skeletal support programmes.
3. Enhancing our contracts to maximise all opportunities.
4. Work across DOHL and the wider industry to share insight and maximise opportunities for Southeastern.

The experience you’ll need
To be considered for this role we recommend you demonstrate you have experience of the below in your application;
· Have managed Occupational Health contracts, budgets and plans to tight deadlines.
· Demonstrated the ability to improve OH contract delivery through effective contract management.
· Have created and developed detailed contract specifications to drive innovation in delivery.
· Demonstrated stakeholder management, including examples of challenging stakeholders and providing alternative solutions.
· Modernised your work e.g. identified and deployed processes to drive efficiency, or developed your team structure/way of working or business processes
· Embraced diverse techniques such as digital and online to drive engagement with services.
